HADBA Revenue Simulator
One model. Your assumptions. A clear comparison.
Your baseline
Example values – replace these with your own numbers.
Revenue per new deal in the period, excluding VAT. Not lifetime value or a multi-year contract value.
Margin & further assumptions
Revenue share after variable delivery costs, before acquisition costs, fixed costs and taxes. Unknown margins remain open.
Your optimisation scenario
Relative changes from your baseline. Example assumptions, not a forecast. Rates are capped at 100%.
Unchanged
Simulated revenue difference / month
€0All amounts in EUR, excluding VAT. Fixed costs, taxes and implementation costs are excluded.

Each stage follows directly from your inputs. Blue highlights show which values change in the scenario.
Fractions are mathematical expected values, not individual customers. This monthly model does not account for sales cycles or time lags.
Which lever deserves a closer look?
No positive individual lever yet
Change an assumption or compare a weaker scenario. The model can also show declines.
Turn an assumption into a better next question.
The calculator shows what would happen mathematically. The free Revenue Snapshot adds an initial assessment of public market, competitor and audience signals – with visible sources and data gaps.
HADBA connects analysis, priorities and actions in a shared workspace. Available features depend on your plan and the data available.
A calculation you can follow.
B2B: budget ÷ CPC × enquiry rate × booking rate × attendance rate × close rate × deal value. With CPL: budget ÷ CPL, without a separate enquiry rate.
E-commerce: sessions × order rate × order value × (1 − returned share of revenue). Advertising cost per order is not customer CAC because repeat buyers may be included.
Contribution after acquisition = revenue × contribution margin − acquisition budget. An unknown margin produces no profit figure. Return handling, fixed costs, taxes and implementation costs are not modelled separately.
Calculations run locally in your browser, without AI or connected accounts. The calculator does not store or transmit your input numbers. Starting a Snapshot does not transfer these values.
Questions about the simulator
What does the simulator calculate?
It compares a monthly model with an adjustable scenario: revenue, acquisition costs and, if you provide a margin, contribution after acquisition. It does not calculate the return on a HADBA investment.
Is the result a forecast?
No. Example values and scenario changes are assumptions. The model calculates neither their probability nor an effect caused by HADBA.
Which numbers do I need?
For B2B: budget, click or lead cost, funnel rates and deal revenue for the period. For shops: sessions, order rate and order value. Use figures from the same month and audience.
How do B2B and e-commerce differ?
B2B follows enquiries, appointments and conversations to deals. The shop model follows sessions to orders and accounts for returned revenue. The models calculate independently.
Are my inputs stored?
The calculator does not store your numbers on a server or in browser storage, or send them as analytics events. Reloading restores the example values.
Do I need customer data or an integration?
No. Aggregated monthly values are enough. Do not enter names, contact details or other personal information.
How is this different from the Revenue Snapshot?
The simulation calculates from your inputs. The free Snapshot analyses public signals to provide initial context on markets, competitors and audiences. It does not automatically validate your simulation.
What happens after the Snapshot?
You decide whether to continue with HADBA. Further analysis and actions depend on your plan and available company data. The calculator itself starts neither a subscription nor an analysis.
The next step starts with better evidence.
