Self-referrals, spam and cold outreach are not allowed. Cold outreach means unsolicited calls, emails or messages to companies without an existing contact (§ 7 UWG). Your referred customer has paid an invoice.
03Holding period
30 days for refunds and chargebacks. Adjustments can reduce the commission.

After the holding period, from €50 in balance, by bank transfer or PayPal. Your payment and tax details must be provided.

How much commission do I earn?
30 % of the net amount of every paid invoice from your referred customer. VAT is not part of the calculation base.
How long is a referral rewarded?
With no time limit: for as long as the referred customer pays and your participation continues. If either ends, later invoices earn no new commission. Commissions already earned are settled under the Partner Terms.
When is a customer eligible for commission?
They must have registered as a new customer through your personal link and be validly attributed to you. Existing customers and prospects attributed elsewhere do not count. Your partner account must also be approved.
How does attribution through my link work?
Attribution is valid for 60 days. The last click before registration counts. If your contact switches browser or device, attribution can fail for technical reasons – not every click can be attributed.
When is commission released?
After a 30-day holding period, provided the underlying payment stands. We offset refunds and chargebacks.
How and when are payouts made?
After the holding period, from €50 in balance, by bank transfer or PayPal. Smaller amounts carry forward. We settle by self-billing credit note; for this we need your payment and tax details.
What happens after cancellation or a refund?
If the customer stops paying, no further commission is earned. If a payment is refunded or charged back, we offset the related commission. If your participation ends, the settlement rules in the Partner Terms apply.
Can I use paid advertising?
Search ads on the name “HADBA” or similar marks are prohibited, as is HADBA in domain or account names. Other campaigns are not approved across the board. If in doubt, ask us first.
Can I mention HADBA in posts or my newsletter?
Yes, on your own channels – with “Advertisement” at the start. A newsletter may only go to recipients who have consented to such advertising. Unsolicited calls, emails or messages to companies without an existing contact are not allowed (§ 7 UWG).
Who can take part?
Natural persons working self-employed: sole traders and freelancers (traders within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code, BGB). Companies such as a GmbH or UG, agencies and organisations cannot take part. You always apply in your own name.
