How much commission do I earn?
30% of the eligible net amount of each successfully processed payment from the referred new customer. VAT is excluded from the commission base.
How long is a referral rewarded?
Recurring for 12 months from the first commission earned for that customer. Payments after this period create no further entitlement.
When is a customer eligible for commission?
A paying new customer must register through your personal link and be validly attributed. Existing customers and prospects already attributed elsewhere do not count. Your affiliate account must be approved.
How does attribution through my link work?
The attribution window is 60 days. The last valid attribution before registration applies. Technical limits, such as switching browsers or devices, can prevent attribution; not every click is guaranteed to be attributed.
When is commission released?
After a 30-day holding period, provided the underlying payment remains eligible. Refunds and chargebacks are taken into account.
How and when are payouts made?
After the holding period, from €50 in payable balance, by bank transfer or PayPal. Smaller amounts carry forward. Payment and required tax details must be provided; the terms also govern final settlement.
What happens after cancellation or a refund?
Without another eligible payment, no further commission is earned. Refunds and chargebacks lead to adjustments of the corresponding commission. Ending affiliate participation is governed by the settlement rules in the terms.
Can I use paid advertising?
HADBA brand and domain bidding and the use of HADBA marks in paid search advertising are prohibited. The terms do not give blanket approval for other campaigns; clarify planned activity in advance if unsure.
Can I use newsletters or social media?
Yes, subject to the affiliate terms and required consent. No spam or misleading statements. Make the commercial relationship behind your recommendation transparent.
Can I move to the HADBA Partner-System?
You can request a partnership if you want to actively consult or manage clients. A change requires review and agreement; it is not automatic. Existing entitlements remain subject to the applicable terms.
